At Tam's Beautiful Butterflies, our initiatives are designed to educate, empower, and inspire hope while working to prevent suicide and promote mental wellness throughout our communities.
 

Scholarship Program

Supporting the next generation of leaders by providing scholarships to graduating high school seniors pursuing degrees in STEM and mental health-related fields, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations.

Talk Save Lives

Delivering engaging, age-appropriate suicide prevention and mental health awareness presentations for K–12 schools, colleges, universities, and community organizations. These conversations help reduce stigma, encourage help-seeking, and equip individuals with the knowledge to recognize warning signs and support others.
 

Annual Out of the Darkness Walk

Bringing families, survivors, advocates, and community members together each year to honor lives lost, support those affected by suicide, raise awareness, and promote hope through unity and remembrance.
 

Community Fundraising & Partnerships

Hosting fundraising events that support the life-saving mission of Tam's Beautiful Butterflies while partnering with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to expand education, advocacy, outreach, and access to critical mental health resources.
